Special Leave for Women
Pursuant to Republic Act 9710 (Section 18). known as the Magna Carta for Women, a special leave up to a maximum of two (2) months with full pay will be given to women employees who need to undergo surgery due to gynecological disorders. This 2-month leave is on top of the leaves granted by Flight Centre Travel Group to its employees. Female employees must have rendered six (6) months continuous aggregate service from the company for the last 12 months.

Vacation Leave
FCTG South East Asia (Philippines), Inc. recognizes the importance of employees having the opportunity for leisure time and to attend to non-work matters. FCTG PH will attempt to grant all exempt employees vacation leave at the time they desire to take it. However, the company must always maintain adequate staffing.

13th Month
FCTG South East Asia (Philippines), Inc. employees shall be paid 13th month pay or an accrual of 1/12 of monthly basic salary including regularly paid allowances. This shall not include other monetary benefits like sales bonuses, overtimes, holiday pays, night differentials and other premium benefits not integrated in the basic salary. This benefit is available to all employees hired before December 1st of any year. 13th month pay shall be paid not later than December 24 of every year. An employee who has resigned or being terminated before December of each year is entitled to a prorated 13th month pay.
