Paternity Leave
All married, male FCTG South East Asia (Philippines), Inc. employees will be covered by RA 8187 of the Paternity Leave Act. This grants a 7-day leave with pay for the first four deliveries of their legal wife. This leave is granted for the purpose of enabling him to effectively lend support to his wife in her period of recovery.

Sick Leave
FCTG Southeast Asia (Philippines), Inc. provides paid sick leave benefits of 12 days to all eligible employees for periods of temporary absence due to illnesses or injuries.

Solo Parent Leave
As promulgated by RA 8972 known as the Solo Parent Act of 2000, employees who are left alone in raising their children shall be given additional 7 days parental leave by the employer. This leave is paid by the employer and granted to eligible employees who have been certified by the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) as single parents.
