Who better than our people to know what it takes to succeed at Flight Centre? That's why our Employee Referral Plan allows our people to earn £500 for the referral of a successful candidate for an advertised FCTG role. And the best part? There's no limit to how many people you can refer.
Flight Centre's Global Employee Share Plan allows our people to acquire shares in our company. For every two shares acquired, you will get one free (terms and conditions apply). This benefit is available to FCTG employees with a minimum of three months employment. You will receive dividends on your shares and be able to manage your portfolio online through our program provider, EquatePlus.
To support daily commuting, FCM Switzerland contributes to employees' transportation costs. This benefit aims to facilitate access to the workplace while reducing commuting constraints. Contribution of up to CHF 200.-per month for public transportation. Parking options may be provided depending on location and availability
