Festival leave provides this benefit to employees to take half day leave right before local public holiday.

Long service leave rewards employees for their dedication and loyalty over extended periods of employment. Long Service Leave and travel vouchers are provided to employees who reach their 5th, 10th, 15th, 20th, 25th and 30th year anniversaries.
