FCTG provides 10 weeks of long service leave after completing 10 years of continuous service with FCTG, unless you have a legislative entitlement which is more favourable in the State or Territory in which you work.

Personal/Carer’s Leave is available to an employee who is not fit for work because of personal illness or injury, or to provide care or support to a member of the employee’s immediate or extended family, household, or significant other. Full-time employees are entitled to 10 sick days per year and pro-rated for part-time employees.
