Need to see the dentist? Book it in, in advance and take prioritse you! Pro-active self care days entitled FCTG staff to 2 days a year that can be taken at your discretion to attend to things like Doctors appointments. These form part of our Personal Leave policy.

Employees may choose to purchase 1 week or 5 days additional leave (based on your standard weekly hours for part time employees)

Relaxation/Travellers Leave is an additional 5 days per annum (pro-rated for part time team members based on the number of days worked) provided to those Team Members within Flight Centre brand who have completed more than 6 months’ Continuous Service. Please refer to the Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA).
