Two (2) paid study days are available to use per approved course. Study days will be allocated to your personal leave accrual balance once you have been approved for tuition reimbursement. All requests to use study days must be made through the Company’s approved time off and attendance platform and requires Team, Area or Business Leader approval.

Our teams and leaders are encouraged to take advantage of our extensive internal professional development resources and training sessions. In addition, we recognize that external qualifications are also required to advance and build on current skills and knowledge, so in these cases the Company has provided for both Tuition Reimbursement and paid Study Days.
