Long Service Leave & Travel Benefits

Long service leave rewards employees for their dedication and loyalty over extended periods of employment. Long Service Leave are for employees who reach their 5th, 10th, 15th, 20th, 25th and 30th year anniversaries.

Long Service Travel Benefit - Travel Fund

After each year of service, you will have £500 (SGD equivalent) put into a travel fund. This will accrue each year and you will be eligible to use it once you have reached 3 years’ service and your fund is at £1,500 (SGD equivalent). You can put this money towards a Scott Dunn holiday which must include at least two nights’ accommodation. Your fund cannot be transferred to another person or used while you are in your notice period. After 10 years of service you will receive a one-off payment of £1,000 into your fund (which includes the annual £500(SGD equivalent)) as an additional thank you for your commitment and loyalty to the company.

Parental Leave
