Compassionate Leave

Discova employees are entitled to compassionate leave in the event when an immediate family member or household member suffers a life-threatening illness or injury or dies.

Extended Year End Break (Dec/Jan)

In line with market practice, employees have an extended break during the Dec to Jan period. This break is paid and does not require employees to utilise their leave benefits.

Injury/Sickness Leave of Absence

Employees are entitled to extended leave in the event of injury or sickness for at least 90 days, or if the employee is unable to work due to mental or physical sickness. For more information, please ask your Country HR Leader.
