Relaxation/Travellers Leave is an additional 5 days per annum (pro-rated for part time team members based on the number of days worked) provided to those Team Members within Flight Centre brand who have completed more than 6 months’ Continuous Service. Please refer to the Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA).

An additional five paid days (40 hours) per annum to eligible employees within the Cruiseabout brand to be used for any purpose, including Educationals
