At FCTG, you can plan for retirement with both Traditional pre-tax and after-tax ROTH 401(k) options, with contributions from all paychecks. FCTG matches 50% of the first 6% of your contributions from your retainer/base pay. You can adjust your nominated contribution any time. Eligible staff are auto-enrolled at 3%, with annual contribution limits up to $23,500 in 2025. There are also special catch-up contributions for those 50 and older.
