In the first year of employment with Discova, employee will be eligible to Experience two Discova operated day tours in their working location. In the third year of employment with Discova, employee will be eligible to take a Working Holiday to visit another Discova office. Long Service Leave and Travel Voucher for employees who reach their 5th, 10th, 15th, 20th, 25th and 30th year anniversaries.

If a candidate referred by an employee is successfully hired and passes probation, the employee will be given a referral reward.
