All employees are entitled to 3 days of paid volunteer leave per annual leave year. This time is pro-rated for part time employees. This volunteer leave will be paid and will not affect your annual leave allowance. Your volunteer leave should be used during normal working hours, and you cannot take them in lieu of time volunteered outside of working hours. You will not be able to carry over any outstanding volunteer leave to subsequent years.

We are always happy for you to recommend candidates when we are recruiting to new roles. To refer a friend please advise the People & Culture Team of the candidate’s name, how you know them and why you think they would be suitable for the role.
