If you are working full time you are entitled to 18 days’ paid annual leave in each full holiday year plus public holidays. After each year of continuous service your holiday entitlement will increase by one day per year, up to a maxiumum of 28 days entitlement per year. Discova employees are entitled to one day of birthday leave if the birthday falls on regular working day. We encourage people enjoy their birthday.
