The Flight Centre Foundation is FCTG's way of harnessing the collective goodness of our people, industry partners and customers to give back to the communities where we work, live and travel. Our people can participate in the Foundation's good giving efforts by signing up to Workplace Giving, volunteering, joining our working groups nationwide, or fundraising for the Foundation.

At FCTG we want to see you Thrive! Our leadership programs consists of the Foundations Program for aspiring leaders, the Essentials Program which is a self-directed online program that examines the core skills needed to run a successful store or team and an Empowerment and Future Skills Program.
