Welcome to our new and improved gym scheme. At Flight Centre, are passionate about our people being able to look after themselves physically, mentally and financially and this definitely covers each of those bases. By signing up to your gym or health club through the scheme you will get access to preferential corporate rates, as well as making salary sacrifice savings.

Our own health expenses system! With a Health Cash Plan, you can claim cash reimbursements for routine and emergency healthcare. As a valued Flightie you are automatically covered for the level 1 cover, which includes dental, optical, physiotherapy, osteopathy, chiropractic treatment, acupuncture, homeopathy, chiropody and more.

Each employee is entitled to an active hour during their workweek. Despite its name, this hour doesn't necessarily have to be physically active. Whether you choose to hit the gym, go for a run, walk your dog, or take care of errands, it's entirely up to you – just be sure to book it in with your line manager!

Healthwise are a team of global health ambassadors on a mission to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. The team host monthly events and challenges to help Flighties get active and connect with one another. Amongst their most popular events are the Steps Challenge in May and the 8 Week Challenge at the beginning of the calendar year. There are some excellent prizes on offer to keep you motivated!
