We support you on your personal and professional development journeys by offering a variety of learning opportunities internally and externally. Choose from our internal professional development workshops, our self-directed e-learning opportunities, or talk to your leader about enrolling in an external learning workshop.

Are you looking to increase your skill set? Through our partnership with Torrens University in Australia you can access free short courses across a number of topics and disciplines. Available online, each course takes approximately 1-2 hours to complete.

Womenwise is an initiative close to our hearts here at FCTG. Established in 2015 by a group of Flight Centre's senior female leaders, its mission has been to inspire all women by showcasing opportunity, providing role-models and offering structured support to create gender balance in all leadership teams across FCTG.
