Throughout your career you may find a course that you would like to attend that is relevant to your role and may benefit the Company and yourself. In order for Scott Dunn to pay for the full cost of any personal development course it must be deemed beneficial both to yourself and the Company. Once you have found a course, you must create a proposal stating the reasons for which the course will benefit the Company and its relevance to your role. As these courses are relevant but not essential to your role, Scott Dunn will allow you 50% of the time needed out of the office for study and then the other 50% must be taken as either leave or unpaid leave by you.
