Our Partnership

In conjunction with Torrens University, the Flight Centre Travel Academy are proud to offer FCTG employees access to a number of free short courses aimed at helping you progress in your chosen career. See the documents attached for more details and instructions on how to claim the free courses.

Free Short Courses

There are currently more than 45 short courses available (with more coming). These courses take approximately 1 to 2 hours to complete, are fully online and provide a certificate on completion. Please note that the cost of $99 per course will be void when you follow the sign-up process in the attached documents.

Flight Centre may contribute up to $2500 per annum (excluding GST), for approved external courses we believe to be of significant value to its services and to the professional development of our staff.

Educational Leave

Educationals are a great way for sales staff to increase their product knowledge and build relationships with Flight Centre industry partners. On completion of 6 months continuous employment with Flight Centre you may be entitled to paid educational leave to attend Educationals/Famils.
